Most of the roofline problems I get called out for started small: a gutter that wasn’t cleared, a joint that opened up, a fixing that came loose. A regular check catches these before they turn into a leak or a bigger repair bill. I’ll go over the fascias, soffits and guttering, clear anything that’s built up, and flag or fix minor issues while I’m there.
This can be a one-off visit ahead of winter or an ongoing arrangement, whichever suits. Either way you get an honest read on the condition of your roofline and what, if anything, needs doing next.
